Why are Werner Christ products so special?
All Christ products are made from the finest, purest lambskin and lamb's wool and are made with the highest quality standards. Lamb's wool has a high therapeutic value because it promotes circulation and is temperature balancing.
Lamb's wool reduces saddle pressure and prevents the appearance of ulcers. In addition, lamb's wool is not a breeding ground for viruses and bacteria, and it neutralizes acids and odors and is naturally dirt-repellent. Sheepskin and lamb's wool are easy to care for and durable. All products are practically designed to easily handle normal washing in the machine and even tumble drying!
Werner Christ Horsedream range has been produced by Christ Lammfelle in Germany under strict quality controls, by a tannery that has won a large number of awards for environmental protection and has been established with high reputation since 1954.
What is so special about lamb's wool?
Lamb's wool is a natural product, has full breathability, is suitable for both summer and winter use and is excellent from a hygiene point of view because it is naturally bacteria resistant. Werner Christ lambswool/sheepskin products have been carefully created to be very easy to care for and involve if anything, less work than horse products made from other materials.
The softness of the lamb's wool against the horse's skin will help the horse feel comfortable, take any pressure off the saddle and encourage the horse to move freely. It will help prevent sweating or chafing, and aid the horse in its ability to perform and respond to the rider's request. The horse only feels what you want it to feel, i.e. you as the rider and not uneven pressure from the equipment.
How easy to care for The Horsedream products ?
Riding horses makes things dirty and sweaty. You only need to air the lambswool products and easily wash them in the washing machine at 30 degrees on wool wash and tumble dry afterwards. We strongly recommend using our sheepskin cleaner. If you don't want to tumble dry, you can instead stretch the product flat to dry. Reshape the product several times through the drying process. Don't forget to remove inserts before washing.
How quickly will I receive my delivery?
The delivery time is normally 3-4 working days. Longer delivery times may occur if your particular color or size is temporarily out of stock. In that case, you will be contacted about it.
Do you ship throughout the Nordics/Scandinavia?
Yes, we actually ship within the entire EU, free shipping over SEK 495 and trackable.
What do I do if I regret the purchase or want to exchange a product?
You have a full 30 days open purchase and right of withdrawal! Always contact us if you want to exchange or return the product. You will receive a delivery note by email and hand in the product to the nearest agent. The item must be unused in the original packaging, otherwise returns or exchanges will be refused. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping.
What do I do if the product breaks?
As a customer, you always have the right to complain and Harmony Horse Hästbutik offers a 1-year product warranty. However, this does not apply to normal wear and tear. If your product is broken, it will be repaired or replaced.
How do I get the Welcome Discount?
In the store, a box pops up where you can leave your email address. You will then receive an email with a discount code that you enter at checkout.
